Yeah, if it was a forced action, you'd assume it'd have been rape and he'd be away for much longer. He could and did get violent real easy, I've seen it. Who knows.

Used to walk into Mr. Movies (when it was there in the strip mall on Main) and just grab video games and walk out. Alarm would beep, just keep walking, not run. Law didn't mean anything to him, even then. I'd say he's lying and next time I'd be there RENTING games and whatnot, they'd be still talking about it - Guess he wasn't.

Can't believe he didn't get caught for that nonsense. This is way back when... 1997, 1998, something around there. Cut ties in like... when I hit Junior High 7th grade. Too hardcore for me.

If he's good, fine and dandy, cool. I'm sure we'll see each other... hell, I drive past his old house every day. Hopefully he's forgotten my exact residence.

It was rape, just not the common version of it people expect, but state law has made it rape by defining who can consent.
Hopefully you and all will be safe from this guy, if not, let's hope the first one he tried to make a mistake with deals with him in a "active" sense.

After seven hard ones in the clink. I'd think he'd be good. Who knows, maybe they got him on the medication finally or did some shock treatment on him.... (or don't they do that anymore?) God knows.

Man, I wish this guy was the sexual predator in my neighborhood.
Our five neighborhood rapists seem like ok guys, except for the breaking into homes to "gain access to victims", molesting 4 yr olds, using force to gain compliance and what not.

Our Friendly 55106 predators

I know they have served their time and all, but when are we going to start putting some type of tracking device on or in these types?
It is frightening to think of a scumbag like this living down the block from you.
In fact, I would be very tempted to "persuade" said offender to find somewhere else to live or skip town if they ended up within walking distance of my house.

Good luck with your situation; I hope he keeps his nose clean and moves on soon.

One more thing:
How do people get so many aliases?
:?:

11am news on KSTP reported the meeting this evening. Showed the prison portraits.

The police department is doing their best to "damage control" the news. Stating "it was his girlfriend, he had a relationship with her" - Make it sound and good as it can sound, I suppose.

According to the two minute plus video on that KSTP link, he was arrested at the ball park and charged with the I-E...

I remember when he broke into the concession stand there and stole all the candy... that's another story though.

Crazy loon...

And there was "another instance" on the bike trail (right off the ball park) where the person did not press charges and that was the end of it.

Who knows.

Today is the day. Bust out the "welcome home" fruitcake!

The watch and see behavioral experiment begins...

As of yesterday afternoon - his parents are unable to locate the cities most well known citizen and there's a bunch of toddler toys in his yard... Unless he's come home since...

Watch out and be alert

Check the database again.

The law requires them to notify you if he moves in, not if he moves out.

We had one in our neighborhood. Went to the meeting and got all anxious. He moved in about 60 days.

Oh, I know. Just that I know he has no where to go... He gets disability social security and it's assigned to his parents because... he can't manage...

He's on a Five year conditional release... what the specifics are, I'm not sure.

He's just wanderin' around and odds are he didn't take a supply of medication.

And, with his father looking me up and calling me asking if I have seen/heard from him and asking how a bunch of toddler toys got in his yard. Just seemed kinda strange. Drove by today and there's a My Little Pony thing, one of those little tike cars and a bunch of other weird crap sittin' out.

The eagle has landed...

BACK IN JAIL.

Got a collect call.

Chief of Police, 7 officers arrested him at his home on Friday. Wouldn't say for what.

No more walking by and calls....Praise the heavens.
