Ammo, ammo and more ammo.............

EBR's galore also........

I couldn't believe it!

This past winter, I made several trips down to the SE part of the country. Between Manchester and Nashville TN, there was a billboard that said, "Coming Soon!!! Guns, ammo & gear".

Today the 'coming soon' part of the sign was missing and in its place was "Now Open"

I stopped. As I walked in the door, I could feel my eyes starting to tear up. Cases upon cases, tins upon tins and boxes upon boxes of ammo (all mil-surp........223, .7.62x54R, 7.62x39, .308, .50, all calibers of handgun ammo & gauges of shotgun ammo). 8) They were out of .380 acp though. :?

Prices were right about normal, but hey, at least they have some!!! :D

I bought 4 boxes of Mag-Tech .45 acp FMJ ammo and a couple Wilson 1911 magazines.

EBR's filled the walls and EVERY display case was full of handguns of all calibers.

If I had had the credit card with me, there would've been a EBR and a couple cases of .223 walking out the door with me.

I asked, and unfortunately, they do not do mail order or ship products. You can however, call them up, place an order with your credit card and then pick it up in person within 30 days (works for me if I could get back down there in a week or 2). Hell of a reason for a road trip, eh?

Oh, the place is a combination of gun shop / restaurant / gas station.

Anyways, here's their website.......

The only downfall to a 1911A1, is actually a plus: You can have it your way, and can put an unreal amount of money into em'.

Squeeze trigger, BANG, repeat. Kind of boring, but I never cared for drama.

If they don't ship, that explains why they still have so much in stock. That would essentially mean that no out-of-state customer may purchase guns from them, including no pick-up in store. They still have to ship to an FFL in other states for the transfers to be legal.

If you go again. Buy small pistol primers. You can resell all you buy to your buddies here
