Why is it when you go into a store, they have caution wet floor signs in at least 4 different languages, But the signs to keep guns out are only in English?

Because clumsy, oblivious people are more dangerous to their bottom line than lawful gun owners.

Simple. The law requires them to post in English, (if they're gonna post at all) and no other language will do.

(i) the requester has prominently posted a conspicuous sign at every entrance to the establishment containing the following language: "(INDICATE IDENTITY OF OPERATOR) BANS GUNS IN THESE PREMISES."; or ...

That depends on the legal definition of "language" as it's used here. It could be argued that any other language (ie spanish), saying the exact same thing could be legal.

Anyone from an area that has a strong presence of non-english/little-english speaking? Maybe a business in an area like that would have a sign conforming to the language of their customers?

Since we're on the topic- The signage requirements do say "containing." This could mean that the sign could have multiple languages on it. If the statute did require the language exactly how it is written (english), then as long as a sign included the english version, it could have multiple languages.

It doesnt matter. A store owner can put up whatever sign he wants. It could be in farsi written in lipstick, it would hold the same legal value as english... none.
