I'm with the lege folks on this one. If people are going to look for the law we're talking about, at least some of them are going to be searching for "conceal and carry."

You know, a guy who thought that and was willing to put his money where his mouth is might even register http://concealandcarry.com or http://conceal-and-carry.com . . .

I'm going to assume they meant "Conceal, and Carry Law"

From a usability standpoint, yeah ... whatever the average moron is searching for. But, I'm guessing the page title is the result of ignorance more than careful thought.
