The 2008 IA Report can be found here: http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/police/about/IADAnnualREports.asp

According to the email, "The Minneapolis Police Department is one of just a handful of police agencies in the country that release such data so openly for public scrutiny. The release of the data coupled with the adoption of technology such as the TASER® CAM™, public safety cameras, squad car cameras and GPS tracking will help to cement the Department’s commitment to transparency and professionalism."

Shortly after the report was issued, a battalion of MFD firefighters was deployed to MPD HQ to extinguish Chief Dolan's pants.
