+1 on a big thank you to Chinakay and Selurcspi. It was a ton of fun and I hope to be at the next one as well.

I can't believe how entertaining the day was. Next time I'll even bring a firearm of my own!

I was fortunate to not have a single weapon malfunction...all the malfunctions were with me. Also, I think emptying three mags in the final round of the Man vs. Man and still not knocking down that last popper sort of nullifies my earlier performance. That was highly embarrassing. Kudos to you, Brit, on taking home the gold in the Man vs. Man!
I think that honour went to the other Brit, IPSCRULES .
1-2 again

Oops, apparently I wasn't paying very close attention, but now I know what Selurcspi means.

All I left the range with was a sunburn and some good training/experience/memories.

Believe me, where I live in the river bottom, if I got a tick, it would not be a surprise and from the Gopher range would be my last thought.
So thanks for the warning, but I live in a tick area that has to be considered every day, pets and spouses.
Spouses are more fun to check, but I think that my black lab appreciates the tick check more than some when I do it.
But I guess scratching behind the ear and a belly itch isn't considered affectionate by some...............

First off a big thanks to Benny and China for putting this together and running the show.
I know we ended up with some DNF's, but I want everyone to know that was our choice, China and Benny would've been kind enough to get us through 4 stages, even with us getting there extra late (big car accident on 7 slowed us down a lot too, didn't look like a good situation either )
We had a good time, it's too bad we couldn't make it in a timely manor, took a little getting used to, gun handling wise, I guess we have never really done anything like this, to date we've only shot at an indoor range. So we have a lot to learn, but it was fun Reminds me we have to shoot a lot more.
Sorry we had to hit the road an run, was kind of thinking this would run til abotu 5:30 ish or so like last time (from what I've heard).
Hopefully next time my schedule will work out much better.
