I'm going to leave the ability to do anonymous postings up for a short while, just to let folks check out the forum without having to register, but, in the long run, that's guaranteed to be a problem -- comment spam, abuse, etc. -- so if you find this site useful, please do register, sooner or later.

I figure that if I'm willing to say it, I'm willing to put my name to it.
And I use Steelheart everywhere I post.

I registered yesterday, but have yet to receive an email back.
Just tried to log in and it doesn't recognize me.
Just tried to register again and it says my user name is already asigned.
I seem to be stuck in limbo between registering and logging in.
Any idea how long this will go on?
Thanks

Do you have a spam filter? It may have grabbed the activation email.

I changed your login to "bab", and your password to the first part of the domain of the email address that you gave. If it had been Bob.Jones@glurph.com (and it wasn't), your password would be "glurph."
Hope that helps

Hmmm... still not working
I have no spam filter. The only thing I know of that wouldn't come through on email is one with a huge attachment. Wouldn't think that would be a problem.
Tried "bab" and "bab_" tried both with original and new password, in all permutations. No luck.

Try again. I've manually made you active, as "bab", with the password as discussed.

That appears to have done the trick.
Thanks much!
