Slow-Rolled T-shirts are now available online, for those of you who want them for Caucus night, complete with a list of reciprocity talking points. We expect to have them available in time for Caucus night. You can have them shipped directly to you, or arrange pickup from Group Buy Coordinator plblark.
I'll be ordering from the printer on Friday. Try to order by this Friday morning, the 25th. I'll try to print enough shirts to fill orders later than that, but predicting demand is difficult, especially about the future.
I should have shirts in hand by Friday, Feb. 1st, and maybe sooner. There shouldn't be any problem getting shirts to people in time for caucus.

First, a reminder: If you're going to order, try to do so by sometime tomorrow morning (Friday morning). I plan to take shirts in for printing tomorrow afternoon. We'll be printing extras, but I can't guarantee you'll be able to get what you need if you order after tomorrow morning.
Second: Someone pointed out that it wasn't clear how to order for pickup from plblark without entering credit card info. The web page has been revised to include that information.

Joel reminded me: By all means, Order a shirt even if you aren't planning to Caucus and Caucus even if you don't order a shirt!

Thanks mostlylurkin for putting me on to this. Ordered mine to be delivered by mail. Looking forward to questions on what the slogan means (reciprocity, and other issues).

I 'll apoligize right up front for being ignorant, but I am new to the carry debate in Minneota.
What promises were made by Pawlenty that inspired this shirt?

short form:
before the last election, a senior representative of the governor promised that the Reciprocity mess would be fixed.
624.714 contains:
Quote: The commissioner must annually establish and publish a list of other states that have laws governing the issuance of permits to carry weapons that are not substantially similar to this section. The list must be available on the Internet. A person holding a carry permit from a state not on the list may use the license or permit in this state subject to the rights, privileges, and requirements of this section
There used to be just 4 states on the allowed list which is backwards from how the statute specifies it should be listed.
In general, DPS through a non-lawyer member of the Governor's office (Scott Wiggins) came up with the current list of states. The issue is that the list is incomplete. Significantly similar has a specific meaning in MN law. Scott Wiggins admitted in a meeting to not looking at the other uses of the term when making his judgment. The current list is an incredibly strict interpretation with several states left off for minor variations from MN law rather than the substantially similar which is more of a categorical similarity.
This is important because Gov Pawlenty should keep his promises. Additionally, there are several states not included on the "approved" list which would accept MN permits if MN accepted theirs (reciprocal acceptance). This would save MN citizens money and time by eliminating the need for multiple permits when traveling.
Persons in MN on another state's permit which is recognized must still follow MN laws and vice versa.

Welcome to the forum inspyrd, enjoy. You can look up the following links to get some idea of the issue. The second link is where the "slow rolled" term was broached by JoelR (the boss ).

After that you can go to the search feature for the forum and find some more info/discussion.

Shirts are now at the printer. They're officially scheduled for printing next Thursday, but could be printed as soon as Monday. We'll be printing some extras. Also, between now and when they're printed, it's not too hard to add a few more to the print pile. Once they're printed, what we've got is what we've got.
In other words, if you're still thinking about ordering, sooner is better than later.

Shirts are in. We'll ship today, so those of you who paid for shipping will probably get them tomorrow. If you don't get them tomorrow, don't panic. If you don't get them by Sunday, go ahead and panic a little if you want. I'll be unavailable until Monday afternoon, so don't worry if you don't get a response right away.
Those of you picking up from plblark, bear in mind that he doesn't have your shirt yet. With luck, we'll get them in his hands this evening sometime.
